Work With Me

Therapy for high-achieving adults navigating chronic illness, anxiety, burnout, and nervous system overload.

Support that meets your capacity—not your performance.

Who This Is For

This work may resonate if you are:

  • Living with chronic illness or fluctuating energy

  • Experiencing burnout or high-functioning anxiety

  • Struggling with productivity-based shame

  • Feeling disconnected from your body or limits

  • Exhausted from “holding it all together”

How We Work Together

1:1 Therapy (Waitlist-Based)
Sessions are collaborative, paced, and tailored to your capacity.

In our work together, we focus on:

  • Understanding your nervous system and energy patterns

  • Releasing productivity-based self-worth

  • Building rest without guilt

  • Strengthening boundaries in work and relationships

  • Learning to work with your body instead of against it

Therapy is structured but flexible—meeting you where you are, not where you “should” be.

Good to Know

  • I am an out-of-network provider. I provide superbills for reimbursement, and many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan.

To find out what’s available to you, call the number on the back of your insurance card under Member Services and ask these questions:

    1. Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage? Can these benefits be used for telehealth?

    2. What is my out-of-network deductible?

    3. How much of my deductible has been met this year?

    4. Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network?

    5. What percentage of outpatient psychotherapy sessions are covered per session?

    6. How much will I be reimbursed for a 45-minute psychotherapy session (CPT code: 90834)?

    7. How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?

    8. How long does it take to receive reimbursement?

Be sure to ask your insurance representative how to properly submit these superbills to maximize your potential reimbursement.

  • You don’t have to prove your struggle to deserve support. If you’re constantly pushing through, feeling exhausted, or questioning your limits, therapy can help you build a more sustainable way of living.

  • A conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to change. You don’t need to have everything figured out.

  • I do not currently have availability for reduced-fee sessions.

For additional support, you may find resources like Psychology Today and Open Path Collective helpful. These platforms offer directories of therapists and information on sliding scale options.

  • I open new client spots periodically. When availability arises, I personally reach out to individuals on the waitlist in order to discuss fit and next steps.

Therapy is most effective when it feels like a fit—not a pressure.

— Lindsay Weber, LCSW

New clients are added periodically based on availability.
